Wonderful
The Hotel was spotless, the location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent.
Poor choice of breakfast for vegan options, but good choices otherwise!

Very Good
The hotel is very nice, with good breakfast and comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect room service. In particular, we liked the classic and elegant arrangement in the floors with invites for dwelling in the place.
As mentioned by the preceding comments, some of the staff (the men) are really unfriendly and would barely greet you at all. However, the situation might improve - two women were very friendly, in a good mood and forthcoming.
